Data Deletion

1. Disconnect Instagram
You can disconnect your Instagram account from Keelium at any time from your account settings (Instagram → Disconnect) or by revoking the app's access from Instagram (Settings → Security → Apps and websites). Once disconnected, Keelium stops receiving data from that account and revokes the access token.
2. Delete your Keelium account and data
Send an email to hola@keelium.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete:
- Your user account and your workspace data (contacts, conversations, properties, settings).
- Integration connections and tokens (Instagram, WhatsApp, email).
- Your data in communication lists (for example, the mini-course list).
We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email. We will only retain what is required by legal obligations (for example invoices, for statutory tax periods).
3. If you are a lead of a real estate agency
If your data reached Keelium because you contacted a real estate agency (for example by commenting on a post or filling in its form), that agency is the controller of your data: please address your deletion request to the agency. If you write to hola@keelium.com, we will forward your request to the agency and assist it.
