Keelium is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for real estate agencies that automates replies to social media comments and messages and the capture and management of leads. The service terms are accepted during sign-up.

You agree to use the site and the service lawfully, without harming third-party rights or the operation of the platform. Using the service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or to process data without a legal basis is prohibited.

The software, the Keelium brand, the texts, design and contents of this site belong to Keelium OÜ or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are assigned through the use of the site beyond the licence to use the subscribed service.

Keelium OÜ works to keep the service available and working correctly, but cannot guarantee the total absence of interruptions or errors, and is not responsible for the content customers publish or send through their own accounts and channels.

This notice is governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.
